During my stay, I appreciated the kind and attentive staff, who foster a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast options were diverse and satisfying, showcasing both Western and Sri Lankan cuisine-a nice touch to explore local flavors. the garden area is beautifully maintained, creating a refreshing environment for relaxation. It's essential to highlight the lack of air conditioning in certain rooms, which is unexpected in such a humid climate. Despite having a fan, I struggled with the heat, which ultimately impacted my experience. Windy Garden presents a feasible choice for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location and ambiance while still aiming for a touch of luxury.
